From the Start screen, right-click AOL Desktop and select Uninstall at the bottom of the screen. From the list of currently installed programs, double-click AOL Uninstaller to begin the uninstall process. A window will appear, asking to perform a scan of your system for all AOL software. If you're having trouble downloading the AOL Desktop Software, follow the instructions below to resolve the issue. If you are still unable to uninstall the AOL Desktop, continue using the suggested solutions until the problem is fixed.
